The organogram below details SSWIM’s organizational structure for governance.

Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees (BoT) on behalf of all members serves as the supreme authority of SSWIM. The BoT comprises of nine members namely:
- President – Dr. Grace J. Soma
- Vice President – Dr. Catherine Chan
- Treasurer – Dr. Idyoro Ikarak
- The Executive Director – Dr. Emmily Koiti
- An Executive Council Member representative – Dr. Ayan A. Magot
- Two honorary members (one legal advisor) – Mr. Daniel Chorima (Legal Advisor)
- A male associate member – Dr. Kenneth Khemish
- A female medical student to represent undergraduate members – Ms. Macklina Lino
- The last section which has the tab of the executive council should be placed in a lightly colored /gray section to offer some distinction.
Executive Council
The executive council serves as a one of the core circles of governance for SSWIM. The inaugural council members are the first regular members of the organization. The executive council exists for the following purposes among others:
- Simplify flow of information and keep the right checks and balances that can aid the BoT to govern SSWIM well
- Monitor the operations of SSWIM
- Explore emerging issues and concerns that may not require the involvement of the BoT.
Executive council members are elected officials drawn from a pool of regular members and falling under various multispecialty categories as indicated below.
- Pharmacists
- Dentists
- General Practitioners
- Public Health Practitioners
- Pediatrics and Child Health Specialists
- Women’s and Reproductive Health Specialists
- Surgeons
- Clinical Diagnostics Specialists
- Internal Medicine Specialists
- Health Policy, Administration and Management Experts
- Mental Health and Wellness Practitioners
- Undergraduate Students Representatives
